Can I get balance alerts for my business account?

If you have switched on the On Demand Balance Alert in your alert preferences, you can text the word BBAL to 83727 and we will send you your up to date account balance. The text will also include a mini statement covering up to the last 6 transactions on your account.

If you have turned on the On Demand Balance Alert for more than one account remember to include either the last 3 digits of the account number or last 4 digits of the cash/debit card number in your text.

For example, if your account number is 12345678 and your debit or cash card number is 1111 2222 3333 4444, then you could either text:

BBAL 678 or BBAL 4444

Depending on your network you should receive your balance and mini statement within minutes of sending your request.
