Get on top of your finances by regularly monitoring your credit score in our app. 

Available once opted in through the app to customers aged 18+ with a UK address and is provided by TransUnion.

Pay with your debit card and we'll round up the amount to the nearest pound, then send the spare change to your saving account.

Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours from our branded ATMs. Simply click on the 'Get cash' icon - you'll find it at the bottom of the app home screen. 

You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card.

Just take a photo of the front and back of the cheque using our app and the money will be paid into your account.

If you've misplaced your debit or credit card, you can lock it until you find it.

Card been lost, stolen or damaged? The quickest way to report this is through the app.

You must be aged 16+. Only available for Personal and Premier accounts.

A Direct Debit is an agreement between you and the organisation you’re paying, which allows the organisation you want to pay to collect varying amounts from your account – but only if you’ve been given advanced notice of the amounts and dates of collection.

You can easily view or cancel a Direct Debit via our app.

While you can’t set up a Direct Debit without the input of the people you are paying, you can view and cancel your Direct Debit directly with us.

You have up until 8.20pm (UK time) on the day the payment is due to cancel.

You can make payments or transfers on the go using our app.

• Pay someone new* up to £1000 without needing a card reader.
• Pay saved payees.
• Create, amend and cancel regular payments.

*There is a maximum of 5 payments totalling £1000 per day. You must be aged 16 or over.

If you want paper copies of your statements for your current account, savings accounts or credit card, you can save and print PDF versions from the mobile app or Digital Banking.  In the mobile app you can access statements for the past 12 months, Digital Banking has statement history for 7 years. 

You will get an email when your most recent statement is available.

For help with printing paper statements, you can follow the step by step instructions.

Mobile app: 

1. Select the account you want the statement for 
2. Scroll down to 'Statements' 
3. Tap on the required statment, and then the arrow icon in the top right corner. 
4. From here you can select to send, save or print your statement. 

Online Banking: 

1. Log in to Digital Banking.
2. Select 'Statements' from the main menu and then 'View, save and print PDF statements and certificates of interest (up to 7 years)' from the 'Your accounts' section.
3. Select the account you want the statement for, and then 'Next'.
4. From the list of available statements select the one you need to print, and then 'View Statement'.
5. Select 'Download Statement (PDF)' at the start of the page.

Want a copy posted to you?

If you find you can't print a PDF statement by following these instructions, or don't have access to a printer, you can chat to Cora who will be able to order one for you. Just select 'Help' in the app or 'Chat to Cora' in Digital Banking. 

You can request a change to your address via our mobile app. 

From your profile in the app select 'Manage personal details' and then tap your address, follow the onscreen steps and enter your new address. 

You can find your IBAN and BIC in the 'View/Share account details' section of your mobile app:

1. Tap on the account you want to see.
2. Select the three dots on the top right of your screen.
3. Tap 'View/Share account details' to see your IBAN and BIC code.

The main change you will see is the balance that was previously called “Available balance” has changed into two separate parts:

• Balance including pending transactions – this is now the prominent balance you will see for your current account (and will be shown in bold)
• Arranged overdraft limit (if you have one)

What do my balances include?

Balance including pending transactions - this is the amount of your own money including any pending transactions outstanding. It doesn’t include cheques until they are cleared (for more detail on pending transactions and cheque clearing see below).

Overdraft Limit - this is your arranged overdraft limit. If you do not have one, this will not show.

Overdraft Remaining - this shows the remaining amount of your arranged overdraft, this will only be displayed if you are using your limit.

Account Balance - this is how much money you have in your account before any pending transactions are processed and includes uncleared cheques paid in. This was previously called ‘Today’s balance’.
