How do I access MyRewards?

You can see your MyRewards balance and exchange straight from the Royal Bank app with the touch of a button. There's no need to use a password. Simply tap the MyRewards tile then earn Rewards, exchange Rewards or view statement.

How do I use Rewards?

Earn Rewards	Redeem Rewards
Get £9 a month back in Rewards for 2 or more Direct Debits (2 of those Direct Debits needs to be at least £4.50 each).	Redeem Rewards as cash which you can then transfer straight into your bank account or pay towards your Royal Bank credit card balance.
Get £1 a month back in Rewards with 1 mobile app log in.	Exchange your Rewards into money which is donated to one of our chosen charities.
Earn at least 1% in Rewards by shopping at our partners.	Exchange for eGift cards which you can use online or in store with our partners.

Our partners

Earn Rewards by shopping at our partners, including Morrisons, Ikea and Uber Eats. Last year our customers earned an average of 6% back in Rewards when using their Royal Bank debit card at our partners. Based on Rewards earned vs. amount spent in 2024.
You can exchange your Rewards for eGift cards from a variety of partners, including John Lewis and Partners, M&S and Amazon. You can also exchange for Cineworld tickets or Avios points.
Log in to MyRewards through our mobile app or Digital Banking to view your personalised earn offers, and our full range of exchange partners.

You need to pay in £1,250 to an eligible Royal Bank account every month.

To change your existing account type or switch into your existing account, click back to your mobile app home screen and select the relevant account. Here you will find options for changing and switching.

Frequently asked questions

I've forgotten my MyRewards log in details. What should I do?

Great news, you no longer need separate login details to access MyRewards. You can access them using the mobile app or Digital Banking. Once you've logged in just scroll to the MyRewards section, then tap earn Rewards, exchange Rewards or view statement.

Do my Rewards expire?

No, your Rewards won't expire. There is no time limit to exchange your Reward balance.

If you’ve exchanged your Rewards for an eGift card, please check your MyRewards voucher for the expiry date.

I exchanged my Rewards, but I've not received my eGift card/code?

After completing an exchange, your eGift Card(s) will be uploaded to your eGift Card wallet in the MyRewards app and emailed to the email address linked to your MyRewards account, if you can't see it check it hasn't gone to your junk folder.

You can find all exchanged eGift Cards since 27 August 2024 in your eGift Card wallet. For exchanges made prior to 27 August 2024 or exchanges for Avios or Emirates, please check your email inbox.

If your eGift Card is not available in your eGift Card wallet and you have not received the confirmation email, or you have not had the point/miles added to your BAEC or Emirates Skywards accounts please complete the 'Report a Missing Exchange' form within when logged into your MyRewards account. We'll investigate on your behalf and let you know the outcome within 5 working days.

I think I'm missing some Rewards?

Log in to MyRewards and tap on My Account at the top left of the screen. Tap 'Report Missing Transaction'. Read through the FAQs, and if you still want to log a missing transaction, tap the 'View Form' link, and complete the required details.

What do the different account balances mean?

The main change you will see is the balance that was previously called “Available balance” has changed into two separate parts:

Balance including pending transactions – this is now the prominent balance you will see for your current account (and will be shown in bold).
Arranged overdraft limit (if you have one).

What do my balances include?

Balance including pending transactions - this is the amount of your own money including any pending transactions outstanding. It doesn’t include cheques until they are cleared (for more detail on pending transactions and cheque clearing see below).

Overdraft Limit - this is your arranged overdraft limit. If you do not have one, this will not show.

Overdraft Remaining - this shows the remaining amount of your arranged overdraft, this will only be displayed if you are using your limit.

Account Balance - this is how much money you have in your account before any pending transactions are processed and includes uncleared cheques paid in. This was previously called ‘Today’s balance’.
