Opening your account


Useful information


If your application has been agreed in principle, you will receive your application pack within the next few days.

You can now choose the way you want to open your account, you can either:

  • Return all relevant paperwork in the pre-paid envelope that will be provided in your application pack. This paperwork must be returned within 28 days (4 weeks).


    • Or

  • Visit a branch to complete your application, we’d be delighted to welcome you in person and answer any questions you may have about your new account.

If you choose to visit a branch, please read the ‘opening your account in branch’ flyer enclosed in your application pack and remember to take your pack with you.
