Latest information and improvements

You can now see exactly what’s available to use in an account from your balances and statements pages and when you set up payments. This includes the money in your account plus any overdraft, but excludes any pending payments, in or out.

To view available funds, you’ll need to be assigned the privilege by your administrator.

Administrators, you can assign the role ‘View available funds’ to users. This lets them see available balances in all accounts. Alternatively, you could create a custom role, which lets users view balances in specified accounts. Get help setting up these privileges

When you set up payments in Bankline, we’ll now provide you with the cheapest method of payment. If the payment you’re raising can be made as a faster payment as opposed to CHAPS, we’ll suggest this to you. Likewise, if your international payment can be made as a cheaper SEPA payment, we’ll recommend this.

We’ll show you how much is available in your accounts as you’re setting up payments. You’ll also be able to raise all the payments you need and then approve them in one go at the end, if your privileges allow it.

The accounts page has a fresh design and is customisable, allowing you to filter the balances that show on the screen and the order they appear in. You can also add your five favourite accounts to your dashboard to see those accounts that you check the most as you log in.

Your statements have also been improved with a cleaner design and quicker, easier filters. You can sort your transactions more easily and filter them with the click of a button. You can still print and export your statements in the formats you’ll have used before.
