Winter sports cover
  • Ski pack - up to £250 per person per week for prepaid pass, school, hire fees if unused due to illness or injury.
  • Loss/damage to ski equipment - up to £400 per person.
  • Costs of hired skis - up to £200 per person.
  • Piste closure - up to £30 per day per person if you’re unable to ski.
  • Physiotherapy - following a skiing accident, up to £350 per policy.

Main exclusions
  • Existing medical conditions – if you have an existing medical condition, you must call us on 0845 266 8801 Minicom 08456 00 05 12. Calls may be recorded. You’ll need to complete a short medical questionnaire. We may be able to provide cover at no extra cost for your pre-existing medical conditions, there may be an extra premium or we may be unable to cover you.
  • Dependent children – must be under 18 at the start date of the journey (or under 23 and in full time education). They must also be living at the home address (or with the other parent), unmarried and not entered into a Civil Partnership.
  • The party – any guests added to the policy must be travelling with the account holder.
  • UK trips – these must be pre-booked, at least two nights in duration and a minimum of 25 miles from your home address.

Who is covered under the policy?

Apart from you, the policy also covers your partner and any dependent children. Dependent children must be:

  • Under 18 at the start date of the journey (or under 23 and in full-time education)
  • Living at the home address (or with the other parent)
  • Unmarried and not entered into a civil partnership

Yes, provided your UK holiday involves pre-booked accommodation of at least two nights and is at least 25 miles from your home.
