Avoid the hustle and bustle of busy airports – start your holiday in style. As a Black Account customer you can access over 560 airport lounges around the world.
You need to register before you can use this benefit
If you’ve got a joint account, both of you need to register to use this benefit.
Your Black Account gives you access to over 560 executive airport lounges using your Airport Angel membership card – even when you’re travelling economy.
- Access to over 560 VIP lounges – around the world including more than 20 UK airports, subject to availability.
- Relaxing ambience – for you and your guests.
- Use of business facilities – most lounges have access to email and internet, phone and fax.
Guests travelling with you can also use the lounges for a payment of £15 each. Guests include family members who are not a Black Account holder.
Text alerts to keep you updated
You can keep up-to-date with check-in and boarding times, gate numbers and your final call. The airport text UK departure service tells you:
- Where and when to check-in.
- How to get to your registered lounge.
- Where and when to board when your final call is announced.
The UK arrival service even keeps anyone awaiting your return up to date with:
- Your estimated time of arrival.
- The arrival airport and terminal.
- Updates on any delays.
- A '60 minutes away' report and final landing message.
There is no charge for this service but network costs may apply.
