Your Black Account gives you access to live entertainment at reduced prices. Get 25% cash-back for up to four events a year within the UK and Ireland.

• Order up to six tickets – for each event booked.
• Guaranteed 25% cashback – based on the normal face value price of the ticket.
• Includes sporting events – you can receive 25% cash-back on sporting events when you book online. These include premiership football matches, Wimbledon, British Open Golf etc.

You can’t resell your discounted tickets. You can order more than six, but you will pay full price for any additional tickets. You’ll receive cashback for a maximum of four events each year.

Q. Can I order more than six tickets?

A. You may be able to order more than six tickets, depending on availability, but you’ll only receive cashback for a maximum of six tickets per order.

Q. Can I order tickets for more than four events a year?

A. You may be able to order tickets for more than four events a year (based on availability), although you will only receive cashback for the first four events you order tickets for.

A. No, they are for your own use only.

Q. How will my tickets be sent to me?

A. Depending on the venue, event or the period of time between your booking and the date of the event, tickets will be sent to you either:

• By email, where available and at your request.
• By post to arrive no later than 48 hours before the event.
• Or you may have the option to collect your tickets at the venue box office on the day of the event.

Q. How do I claim my cash-back after making a booking?

A. The cashback will appear in your online cashback summary within five days of booking (subject to a successful payment transaction). It will be paid into your Black Account within 30 days of your booking. You do not need to do anything to claim it.
