Need cash and lost your card? Don't worry.
Call us and we'll give you a code to withdraw up to £300 if you have enough money in your account.
If your debit card is lost or stolen you can still get up to £300 from an RBS, NatWest or Ulster Bank cash machine in the UK or Ireland.
- Withdraw up to £300 – if you are an internet or telephone banking customer. Or up to £60 if you're not. You’ll need to have a minimum of £25 in your account to use this service.
- 24/7 support – call us any time to report your missing card and ask for your emergency cash code.
- No extra cost – we don't charge you any extra for this service.
There's no need to register. Simply call 0870 5133 550 (Minicom 08456 00 05 12) to report your card lost or stolen and ask for your emergency cash code. Calls may be recorded. Lines are open 24/7.
