Travel money at a preferential rate, delivered to your door
As a Select Silver Account customer, you’ll enjoy a preferential exchange rate on our Travel Money when you use our Travel Money service.
That’s on top of all the benefits other RBS customers enjoy, including:

- Complimentary delivery - direct to your home or any RBS branch.
Choose from over 60 currencies, six travellers cheque currencies, flexible ordering and UK delivery options to ensure you get your currency where and when you need it. And when you return, we'll gladly buy it back, commission free, at any RBS branch.
Your Travel Money order value must be at least £100 to qualify for preferential exchange rates and complimentary home delivery.

Q. Can I choose where my Travel Money is delivered?
A. Your Travel Money can be delivered to the UK registered payment card addresses only. If you prefer, you can collect the money at any RBS branch. Simply let us know when you place your order.
back to topQ. How long will it take to arrive?
A. The earliest your order will be delivered will be:
- After 1.00pm on the next working day, for orders placed before 2.00pm by phone or online, on any working day.
- After 1.00pm in 2 working days, for orders placed after 2.00pm by phone or online, on any working day.
- After 1.00pm on Tuesday, for orders placed on Friday afternoon or at the weekend.
Saturday deliveries are available but cannot be guaranteed, i.e. if you request delivery for a Saturday it may arrive Saturday or Monday.
You can order Travel Money up to 10 days in advance.

A. Yes, but you will not enjoy the same preferential exchange rates offered by the Select Silver Account Travel Service.

A. Yes, some branches offer an on demand service, where you can get instant access to pre-packed bundles of euros and US dollars.
However, you will not enjoy the same preferential exchange rates offered by the Select Silver Travel Service.
back to topQ. What are the minimum and maximum amounts I can order?
A. The minimum order value is £100. The maximum order for a single transaction is £2,500. The maximum order in any 60 day period is £3,000.

A. You can choose from small, mixed or large denominations. We will make every effort to match your request however this can't always be guaranteed and depends on the currency availability in the market.
