Thank you for applying for an Fixed Rate ISA.

What to do now

If you receive an account number and sort code you can pay into your ISA within 24 hours using the account number and sort code details. Your account will show in your online banking within 24 hours of your account being opened.

If you receive an application reference we will write to you regarding the next steps to set up your ISA.

Transferring existing ISAs to us

If you have a cash ISA with another bank or building society, you can transfer it to us once your Fixed Rate ISA is open.

All you need to do is complete the ISA Transfer Form (PDF, 88KB), print it, and send it to:

If you are transferring an ISA from another institution your form should reach us by no later than 31st May 2012.

If you are transferring an RBS ISA your form should reach us by no later than 29th June 2012.

Please note this form will also need to be completed if you want to transfer your balance from your RBS cash ISA into your new Fixed Rate ISA.

Please ensure that a separate ISA transfer form is completed for each ISA you wish to transfer and for each Fixed Rate ISA that you have applied for.
