  1. Prize draw open to all customers and non–customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of Companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
  2. No purchase or quotation necessary – send your name and address on a postcard to: RBS Insurance Department, FREEPOST, PO Box 23, Teddington, TW11 8XB. All entries are not returnable and must be received by 31st October 2009, with the draw date being 16th November 2009.
  3. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed or damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
  4. The winners will be drawn at random on 16th November 2009 and will be awarded prizes in the order in which they are drawn as follows: 1st prize Panasonic 37” HD Ready TV, 2nd to 6th prizes HP Laptops, 60 runners up Apple Ipod Nano, 8Gb. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are non transferable. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The winners will be informed by post within 14 days of the draw date. Information about the winners will be made available by sending an SAE to: RBS Essentials Contents Insurance Free Prize Draw, Marketing Department, The Wharf, Neville Street, Leeds, LS1 4AZ
  6. The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
  7. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for doing so.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
