To take full advantage of the benefits of your account, if you are a Royalties or Royalties Gold Customer, please telephone us on 0870 562 5555. The maximum call charge from a BT landline is 8p per minute. Calls from other networks may vary.

Home insurance customer?

If you have an existing home insurance policy with RBS you are eligible for a 10% discount on our car insurance. Please call us on 0800 051 1405 (Minicom 0800 051 3030). Lines are open Mon - Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat 9am to 4pm and Sun 10am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
