If you’re new to Virgin, you can build your own bundle with the television channels, broadband speed and talk plan that suit you. Alternatively, you can choose one of their existing offers to save even more money. Bundle: 18-month minimum term contract applies. £20 bundle comprises of TVM+, Broadband L (up to 10Mb) and Phone M with a Phone line for £12.99 a month. If you cancel during the minimum contract period you will incur an early disconnection fee. This offer requires you to pay by Direct Debit and use eBilling. If you prefer not to pay by Direct Debit, you will incur a monthly £5 payment handling fee payable to Virgin Media Payments Ltd. If you would like paper bills, the fee is £1.50 a month.

TV: TV packs currently exclude some Teletext services. Once purchased, all chargeable On Demand content must be viewed within 24 hours. Catch Up TV content available for seven days after broadcast. Premium channels and package upgrades must be kept for at least 30 days. Premium TV services are provided to you by Virgin Media Entertainment, the trading name of Future Entertainment SARL which is a subsidiary of Virgin Media Inc. HD TV set and V HD Box connected with HDMI cables required for HD Channels. Channels may be subject to change, regional variations.

Broadband: *Source: UK up to 20Mb Broadband Speeds, Ofcom May 2010. Minimum computer requirements apply. Speed of internet connection assumes components working at optimum speed and capacity. Both cable and ADSL broadband are affected by user volume. Acceptable Use Policy applies. Traffic Management operates from 4pm to 9pm and 10am to 3pm to ensure consistent user experience. Virgin Media Hub includes wireless technology. Speeds referred to are download speeds. Wireless enabled equipment required. Security features not available to Mac users.

Phone: Number transfer subject to availability. Zero-rated tariff applies to the first hour of direct-dialled local and national geographic voice calls only (numbers beginning 01, 02 or 03 not other numbers such as those beginning 084, 087 and 070) starting within the weekend (all day Saturday and Sunday) period. Re-dial before 60 minutes to avoid call charges. Full details of call charges/connection fees at www.virginmedia.com. Calls to "active" Virgin Mobile numbers are included within your package. As with your landline calls, re-dial before 60 mins to avoid call charges. To be "active", the Virgin Mobile number called must have originated a chargeable outbound event (call, sms, data session) within the previous 90 days. Remember that if you call a Virgin Mobile number that is roaming overseas, that number will still be charged any applicable roaming tariff, even though your part of the call may be free. New SIM activations may take up to 72 hours to be recognised by our billing system. Calls made to such numbers within that period will be charged at normal rates.

We rent our equipment to you completely free. That’s why we can offer free servicing and repairs (excluding misuse/mistreatment) for as long as you are a customer, not just your first 12 months.
