Balance transfers from other Royal Bank of Scotland Group cards are not permitted.
Credit Card Applications including a Balance Transfer
It may take up to three weeks to process your application and for the payment to reach your other accounts. In this time you need to continue to make payments to your other cards to keep them up to date and avoid paying any penalty fees.
The Royal Bank of Scotland Student MasterCard is available subject to approval, only to persons aged 18 or over who have a RBS Student current account. The application process takes place within a secure Web site. All information submitted is protected by strong security techniques including 128-bit encryption so that it cannot be read by others.
