If you are an existing RBS current account customer then that is great news as you could apply for our Platinum Card online today and take advantage of our great 0% balance transfer offer.

You must provide your RBS account number and sort code within the application, be aged 18 or over and earning at least £10,000.

If you are an existing RBS current account customer and you already have an RBS Credit Card, you can still apply for the RBS Platinum Card, but please note that transfers from other Royal Bank of Scotland Group cards are not permitted.

  Balance transfers are limited to 95% of your available credit limit so, if your new Platinum Credit Card has a limit of £2000, you could switch up to £1900.

  Please note that if you take advantage of the 0% balance transfer offer and the 0% purchase offer, your monthly payments will be used to pay off your balance transfer first. The balance transfer fee will attract interest at the same rate applied to purchases from the date charged until paid off.

Over two thirds of our customers offered a credit card will receive our advertised rate of 16.9% APR (variable).
