Important information you should read before applying

0% on balance transfers for 26 months from account opening (2.65% fee, min £5) on any balances you transfer within three months of opening your account. 0% on purchases for 6 months from account opening. After 26 months for balance transfers and after 6 months for purchases the standard annual rate will be 18.95% p.a. (variable).

We may end any introductory offer, including any balance transfer offer, if you do not pay on time or stay within your credit limit.

Balance transfers are limited to 95% of the credit limit.

Balance transfers from other Royal Bank of Scotland Group cards are not permitted.

Interest on fees and charges is payable in line with our terms and conditions.

Credit Card Applications including a Balance Transfer

It may take up to three weeks to process your application and for the payment to reach your other accounts. In this time you need to continue to make payments to your other cards to keep them up to date and avoid paying any penalty fees.

We use your application details and information obtained from credit reference agencies to decide the APRs we offer to individual customers. At least 51% of customers offered a credit card will receive our Representative 18.9% APR (variable). The standard interest rate for purchases and effective rates for balance transfers and money transfers for other customers will be either 19.9% p.a., 20.9% p.a. or 21.9% p.a.
