As part of your RBS Student Royalties account you are eligible to apply for a preferential arranged overdraft rate of 0% EAR. If you're applying to open your RBS Student Royalties account from 1 June 2009 onwards in order to receive this preferential rate you must use your account as your main current account as described above. If at anytime you stop using the account as your main current account then we reserve the right to remove your preferential arranged overdraft rate. We will notify you in writing not less than 30 days prior to removing your preferential overdraft terms.
