How can I apply for the travel package?

Return the application form in your welcome pack with a passport photo to RBS Student Centre, Dept 8331, FREEPOST NEA8017, Sunderland, SR9 1BR. If you have lost your welcome pack - please contact the Student Centre
on 0191 501 3381.

How long does it take to process the travel package?

48 hours

If I lose my railcard - can I get a replacement?

My card expired and I have not received a replacement, why?

Railcard renewals happen each year in June. As per terms and conditions railcards will be re-issued to those customers who have used their accounts as their main bank account. If a railcard hasn't been issued this may be because there hasn't been any activity on account.

If I lose my bus pass - can I get a replacement?

Unfortunately, we can't offer replacements on a bus pass.

What is the eligibility requirements for the travel package?

This offer is for first year undergraduates commencing their first Higher Education course or existing customers who upgrade their account to a student account from 6 May to 31 October

What is the eligibility requirements for the £100?

This offer is for first year undergraduates commencing their first Higher Education course who open an account from 6 May to 31 October. Account must be actively used as main account from the day of opening before the £100 will be authorised.

When will I receive the £100?

Payment will be made after you have begun your studies and no later than 31 January 2009. The account must be actively used from the date of account opening before the £100 payment will be authorised.

What are the campaign open and close dates?

The main campaign opens 6 May and closes on 31 October.
