Activating your account
 
 When your application has been received, we will set-up an e-mail account.
 We will then send an e-mail to your standard e-mail address confirming your User ID and PIN number. We will then contact you directly by telephone to advise you of your Password.
 When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to change your Password and PIN number. When you have done this you can begin to use Secure Messaging.
 We will also send you the e-mail addresses of your Corporate Service Team contact and your Relationship Manager.
