Great ideas come from great conversations

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to post a suggestion in Ideas Bank. Each one is reviewed by the relevant team at RBS.
We're already working on some of the most popular:

• Online statement view - you didn't like the recent update so we listened and immediately changed it back. We'll look at how we share planned updates with you in future before they happen.
• Mobile apps - we will continue to extend our app range for other devices. We'll keep you posted!
• Interest rates in Digital Banking - you can now view rates on your online statements (dated from 13th Jan 2012) and we're looking at how we can show rates in your Digital Banking account summary.
• 24/7 online support - we've added a web chat function to the site in the contact us section. We can answer general queries. If you are a registered Digital Banking customer and you have a more specific question about your account, just log into your Digital Banking and our Customer Adviser can verify it's you.
• Adding payment references - my team are investigating how soon we can add this to your Digital Banking.
• Using graphs and charts - expect to see even better ways of reviewing your spending and saving later this year.
