Priority Pass - Access to airport lounges

Priority Pass is the world's largest independent airport lounge access programme with international availability at over 450 lounges worldwide.

Specifically developed for frequent business travellers, you can access participating airport lounges around the world irrespective of your class of ticket, airline used or membership of a Frequent Flyer Club.

onecard cardholders are entitled to a membership fee of £50 p.a. which is a discount on the normal retail price. In addition, for your first year of membership, we will pay the first £20 of the membership fee bringing the cost down to just £30 p.a. Each lounge visit is currently charged at £15 per person.

Passport and visa service

Our passport and visa service gives you access to a specialist team with a wealth of experience and knowledge of passport and visa requirements. They can deal with passport and visa applications, including obtaining visas from embassies located overseas- saving you valuable time and effort.

There is a charge of £30 + VAT per passport for most embassies with £15 + VAT for additional passports from the same embassy on the same application. In addition, passports can be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery for a £5 fee. Please note, for a few consulates there is a small surcharge. Courier and emergency handover at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports can also be arranged at an extra cost.
