Most organisations use accounting systems to manage their payments. PayAway-IP Direct is designed to make payments easier, by accepting files from most proprietary accounting systems.
PayAway-IP Direct accepts most common file formats. If you’re a Sage user, we'll work with you to examine how we can export Sage information in an appropriate format.
If you prefer, you can use PayAway-IP’s payment list facility to manage payments.
Security
The PayAway-IP Direct system is protected by a password, smartcard and smartcard reader for each of your authorised users.
This lets you digitally sign and secure your payment files, so that they can be validated when they’re received by Bacs.
Expert support
Moving to PayAway-IP Direct is easy. A member of our specialist team will install PayAway-IP Direct and provide on-site training as part of the service.
There are user guides and on-screen help. Our Helpdesk is on hand to give you all the support you need. You can call the Helpdesk any time from 9am-9pm Monday to Friday (except bank and public holidays).
