Your Bankline service has been enhanced with the following features:
- View and cancel direct debits and standing orders
- Make inter-account transfers to and from currency accounts
- Payment entry and authorisation "after hours" .
- You will see changes to the menu options supporting these new features.

Direct Debits and Standing Orders
You are able to view and cancel direct debit and standing order arrangements held with the Bank. Administrators can give access to this functionality by assigning privileges to user roles.
Currency Inter-Account Transfers
If you have currency accounts registered in Bankline, you can now make inter-account transfers in your chosen currency. For step-by-step instructions please refer to Making a Currency Inter-Account Transfer.
Payment Entry and Authorisation
It is now possible for payments to be entered and authorised 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Payments entered and authorised after the cutoff time for the payment type will be sent the next working day or on the specified execution date.
Important Information
Account Information
The lines of narrative available in View Account Statement have increased from two to five. If you export account information you may need to make changes to your export routine. Please refer to the Guide to Export File Layout

System Timeout
Please note that Bankline will end your session if there has been no interaction on the service for 10 minutes. To avoid being timed out when keying payments into large bulk lists, you may prefer to view between 10 and 25 beneficiaries per page.
