The prize draw is open to customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. The draw is not open to employees of John Brown Group or The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw. One entry per person. Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted at rbs.co.uk/commercialsense or to Commercial Sense Malta Prize Draw, 136-142 Bramley Road, London w10 6SR. Closing date is 17 November 2008. no purchase of any product or service is necessary. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. no responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by email will not be accepted as proof of entry. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received by 17 November 2008. The prize will be drawn on 18 November 2008. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available. The winner will be notified within seven days after the draw by telephone. The winner’s name and county of residence will be available on request by calling 020 7565 3256, 14 days after the draw date. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. The prize includes five nights accommodation on bed and breakfast basis for two people at Xara Palace Relais & Chateau Hotel and return club class flights from Gatwick, Heathrow or Manchester, private transfers to and from the hotel on arrival and departure, day excursion to Gozo including lunch for two people, full day of spa treatments for two people. All other personal expenses, travel and medical insurance, spending money and any other incidentals are the winner’s responsibility. The prize must be taken as offered. Entrants must be over 18. The prize must be taken by 31 May 2009.
