Don't get tricked
Bankline allows your business to manage everyday banking over the internet. It uses proven security, including multi-level passwords, PINs and user ID protection.
Never disclose your full Personal Identification Number (PIN) or password to anyone, even if prompted to do so. We would never ask you to do this.
Log on security
When you log on, the information you send is encrypted. This ensures your details remain private.
Keeping your information safe
Bankline security protects the connection between your browser and our secure server. We also have other controls in place which defend against attacks.
Audit logs
If you need to carry out a query or investigation, your administrator can request the audit log.
Restricting access
Only designated users within your business have access to Bankline which is controlled by unique ID and other security information.
Security and payments
You can segregate the duties of users making payments.
Making payments and some inter-account transfers through Bankline also requires authorisation via an additional layer of extremely effective security.
Audit how people use Bankline
Bankline gives you the flexibility to control who uses the service and what they can do. This includes limiting the functions each user can perform, involving restrictions on individual account access.
